Rico
Rico deals at the black market on Smuggler's Shoal, and is found only there.
What he deals in
- Rare rod parts: reels, lines and hooks for your rod
- Possibly accessories, if they get added
- Possibly potions for temporary bonuses
Stock rotates, so what is there today may not be tomorrow. He most likely trades in coins.
Requirements
Just having Smuggler's Shoal unlocked, which needs your second ship.
Buying fish
A dynamic fish market is planned for Smuggler's Shoal, prices that rise and fall, unlike Trevor's fixed rates. Whether Rico runs it or another NPC does is undecided.
