What he will sell
External reels, lines and hooks that boost your rod stats: the same six stats your rod already has.
Parts come as rolls rather than fixed purchases, like a lucky-roller: a Sturdy Reel might come out at +5 Luck and +10% catch speed.
Why rolled parts change things
Rod upgrades are predictable: you pay, the number goes up. Rolled parts add the opposite: a reason to keep spending after your rod is maxed, and the chance of a piece worth showing off.
It also gives Rico something to deal in. Rare rolled parts are exactly the "exotic gear" the black market trades.
Note on naming
The shop is Rusty's Tacklebox. This NPC has been referred to as both Rush and Rusty, Rusty is used here. Worth confirming.
